30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition with all accessories included.

Return Eligibility
We cannot accept returns for items that are:

  • Used or damaged
  • Missing parts
  • Returned without authorization
  • Past the 30‑day window

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact our support team at support@luvoskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and an RMA number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable once opened. Our support team will clarify eligibility before you ship anything back.
